You can reschedule sessions by notifying the coach at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled unless there are exceptional circumstances.

The program fee is non-refundable once it begins. If you cancel at least 7 days before the start date, a refund (minus a 10% administrative fee) will be issued.
